At Kivora, refunds are issued as store credit (digital gift card).
1. Refund Method Refunds = non-expiring digital gift card. No cash, bank, or card refunds.
2. Timeline Store credit issued within 7 business days after inspection of returned item.
3. Not Eligible • Items outside the 7-day return window • Items not in returnable condition • Shipping fees & taxes
4. Gift Cards Credits do not expire and can be used on any future order.
